Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I blend traditional psychotherapy, body movement, and cacao-based therapy, to help you release what’s stuck and reconnect with what feels true.
Fifteen years of therapeutic experience… with room for laughter, curiosity, and understanding.
Available remote and in-person (Mexico City, CDMX - Condesa), in Spanish or English.
At the heart of my holistic approach to mental health is psychotherapy, where I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to support you on your healing journey. Whether it's through traditional psychotherapy, EMDR, or Brainspotting, I'm here to guide individuals through challenges like trauma, PTSD, anxiety, adjustment to a new country, depression, and relationship struggles.
I welcome both individuals and couples, including young adults, expats living in Mexico or abroad, offering a safe and compassionate space for everyone. You can choose from remote or in-person consultations, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Traditional Psychotherapy
A 60-minute conversation (in person or online) where we unpack emotions, thoughts, and patterns in a supportive, grounded way. It’s talk-based, flexible, and can be combined with other therapeutic approaches when helpful.
Offered both in person and online, EMDR can be woven into regular therapy or done as a focused series of sessions. We use gentle bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sound) to help your brain safely process memories, beliefs, or experiences that feel “stuck.”
A novel yet highly effective method available both in person and remotely. In these 60-minute sessions, we find a visual “spot” that helps your body access deeper emotional layers, and you simply focus on it while I guide you through what arises.
Because the body holds emotions, memory, and stress, healing must involve more than the mind. I focus on connecting the two through movement therapy, yoga, dance therapy, and embodiment practices. By engaging the body in mindful physical practices, we can unlock deep healing and emotional release. These therapies not only improve mental health but also promote physical well-being, helping you cultivate a balanced, resilient life.
Body therapy may be effectively combined with psychotherapy as an alternative or complementary method of treatment. My qualifications as a certified yoga instructor, along with my training in contemporary dance, ensure that you receive support grounded in both experience and professionalism.
A 60–90 minute session (in person or online) that blends therapeutic conversation with gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and mindful movement. It can stand alone or be combined with psychotherapy, EMDR, or other modalities to help you process through both mind and body.
A 60–90 minute guided movement session where we use simple, intuitive physical expression to explore emotions, release tension, and reconnect with your body’s cues. It can be paired with talk therapy or trauma work for deeper integration.
A 60-minute session using expressive movement and rhythm to explore feelings, reduce stress, and shift energy that’s hard to access through words alone. No dance experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to move.
A 60-minute body-based session focused on nervous system regulation and releasing stored stress or trauma. We work gently with sensations, impulses, and grounding tools (in person or online), and it can easily be combined with other therapeutic approaches.
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, the Cacao Therapy is an optional, complementary practice to enhance emotional release and self-reflection. Cacao, a sacred plant medicine, has been used for centuries in healing rituals to open the heart, facilitate deep emotional processing, and promote spiritual insight. Through cacao ceremonies, you will experience a powerful journey of self-discovery, where you can release emotional blockages, connect with your inner peace, and cultivate clarity.
Cacao rituals are especially effective for individuals navigating grief, emotional trauma, or spiritual awakening. The heart-opening qualities of cacao help you process difficult emotions, gain new insights, and enhance your connection to yourself and the world around you. If you're seeking a more spiritual, integrative approach to healing, cacao therapy may be the perfect addition to your journey.
Couple Cacao Ritual
A 60–120 minute cacao ceremony for two: ideal for healing, deepening connection, or preparing for the next chapter (like pre-marriage). Can be held at your place or another location you choose.
A 120-minute shared cacao ceremony for groups of 3 to 20 people — perfect for intimate celebrations, anniversaries, or special gatherings. Warm space, collective intention, and a shared journey.
