Tania Chapper is a psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate the real, everyday challenges of being human. With a Master’s in Psychology and Level 1 certification in EMDR and Brainspotting, she supports clients working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming life moments, always focusing on tools that genuinely help.

Tania’s approach naturally includes the body. As a certified yoga instructor and former dancer, she knows how much the body holds and how movement, breath, and somatic practices can support healing when talking isn’t enough. She blends these practices into sessions whenever they serve the process.

Having lived and worked in both the United States and Mexico, Tania brings a thoughtful cross-cultural perspective to her work. She has supported many people through relocation, identity shifts, and major transitions, creating a therapeutic space where clients feel understood and grounded.

Above all, Tania believes that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes it’s talk therapy, sometimes it’s EMDR or Brainspotting, sometimes it’s movement or cacao, and often it’s a mix. Her role is to help you discover the combination that feels true and effective for you.
